THANKS FOR THE AUDIO-VISUAL SYSTEM INSTALLATION–A big thanks goes out to Director of Technology Maer Ben-Yisrael, Facilities Director LaRonn Gray and Maintenance Supervisor Dave Grayson for installing a permanent AV system (comprised of a projector and sound system) in the Library. Their top-notch job will serve every sector of the Windrush community.

DECEMBER ACH PAYMENTS FOR AFTERSCHOOL–To parents/guardians who have included Afterschool in their ACH payments, please note that we will deduct for both September and October Afterschool in your December bank deduction. Hopefully the extra month reprieve worked to your advantage! We apologize in advance for any inconvenience. If you have any questions, please feel free to call Bobbi Poulton in the Business Office at ext. 230. Thank you!

ELEMENTARY P.E. REMINDER–Please ensure your child wears athletic shoes on P.E. days. Sandals, boots and flip-flops lack stable support, restrain movement and can cause twisted ankles. Let's have all our students wearing safe shoes for running, jumping, kicking and being free in their bodies!
Mondays: All Elementary, K-5
Tuesdays: Pegasus, Phoenix
Wednesdays: Kindergartners, Alvens, Hobbits, Antares, Griffins

SIBLING SUMMONS–The admissions season for the 2011-12 school year is in full swing! If you have a younger child, please come by the Admissions Office to obtain more information regarding tours, open house events, and to pick up an admissions packet. Please submit your application by Jan. 10. We look forward to meeting your potential Dragon!

ANIMAL SHELTER DRIVE–Lisa Hayle's 6th Grade Advisory is holding a shelter drive for Hopalong Animal Rescue in Emeryville. Pet food is NOT needed, but the following items are: pet treats, toys, bedding and bowls. There is a bin in the Middle School lobby and in the lobby of the main building. Thanks for your donations!
