Overview
Windrush School offers a K-8 Spanish Program. During the students Elementary years, Kindergarten through Fifth Grade, they are exposed to Spanish twice weekly with a fluent native Spanish-speaking teacher. The goals of our program are to prepare students with global awareness of language and culture. Students will be encouraged to understand the importance of learning a second language. We will inspire them to become interested and curious about Spanish culture and language. Most importantly, they will develop basic fluency in the language.
Schedules
Kindergarten: Sprites and Zephyrs meet twice weekly for 30 minutes.
First grade: Alvens meet Tuesdays and Fridays for 30 minutes

Second grade: Hobbits meet Thursdays and Fridays for 30 minutes.
Third grade: Antares meet Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays for 30 minutes.
Fourth grade: Pegasus meet Tuesdays and Thursdays for 45 minutes.
Fifth grade: Phoenixes and Griffins meet Tuesdays and Fridays for 45 minutes
