On January 4, the Board of Trustees confirmed that Windrush has satisfied all of the December 31 conditions as defined in the settlement agreement with the bondholders. The Court, in turn, approved the bondholder settlement agreement on the school's motion. We are pleased with the Court's approval of the settlement and look forward to the final dismissal of our bankruptcy case in February. To achieve that end, the families, faculty, staff, and friends of Windrush School continue to work aggressively to meet the settlement term deadline of January 31.
